She is especially well-versed in planned communities, homeowner associations (HOAs), and condominium associations, where understanding governing documents, rules, and long-term management is critical.
Phyllis previously served in a leadership position with a leading property management company responsible for managing homeowner and condominium associations. This experience gives her deep insight into what makes planned communities successful, well-run, and desirable places to live. She is also familiar with the unique attributes and restrictions of 55-and-over communities, helping clients make informed decisions that align with their lifestyle goals.
