Richard Strahm
Richard Strahm has been guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through real estate transactions for more than three decades. He earned his real estate license in 1988 while working in the financial services industry and spent over 20 years helping friends, family, and colleagues buy and sell properties before transitioning to real estate full-time.
Richard’s background in finance, technology, and real estate gives his clients a distinct advantage in today’s fast-moving, internet-driven market. He works with first-time buyers, move-up sellers, investors, and small businesses, bringing a pragmatic, analytical approach to every transaction while never losing sight of the human side of real estate.
He is an active member of Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and serves in leadership roles across the industry, including as a board member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the Suburban Realtors Alliance. Richard holds numerous National Association of REALTORS® designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), along with specialized certifications in pricing strategy, diversity, mediation, divorce transactions, and short sales and foreclosures.
In addition to practicing real estate, Richard is a licensed real estate instructor, a NAR-certified mediator, and a member of Tri-County’s Professional Standards Committee—roles that reflect his commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuing education.
Outside of real estate, Richard enjoys renovating his 112-year-old home and spending time with his family, especially his five grandchildren.
